Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 105 === Recently, the Taiwan society has witnessed significant changes in the family system .This has had some huge impact on the society. If a couple (legally married, cohabiting and same sex couples etc.) have problems, they must visit a psychotherapist for counseling. They must face it. Because of this significant change, there exist some differences between ethical and legal issues. For instance, the informed consent and moral and ethical principles in counseling of individuals and couples are different from those in social justice. This study, therefore will try to develop more balance between most of the Clients. This will be done through an interview with 3 groups of psychotherapists to arrive at a conclusion
