Taking the national elementary school teachers of Chiayi area as the research object, the stratified random sampling was carried out according to different region and school size. A total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 275 valid samples were collected. The availability is 91.67%. The questionnaire of "Parents' Participation in School Affairs and Teachers' Morality" was used as a research tool, and the results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multivariate stepwise regression analysis. This study has the following conclusions: 1. Chiayi area teachers’s percetion of parents’ participation in school affairs generally shows positive and medium to high satisfaction level. 2. Chiayi area teachers morale generally shows positive and medium to high satisfaction level. 3. There was no significant difference in the teachers’ overall perception of parents’ participation in school affair under the variable of different personal background. There were significant differences in gender, job status, and support for the school. 4. There were significant differences in teacher’s perception of parents’ participation in school affairs under the variable of different school background. 5. There was no significant difference in teacher’s morale under the variable of different personal backgrounds, but there was significant difference in the level of "work input." 6. Under variable of different school backgrounds, there was no differences in the teacher’s morale, but there were significant differences when it comes to different school size. 7. Teachers’ perception of parents’ participation in school affairs and teachers’ morale have low positive correlation. 8.
