The study adopted questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were distributed to all English teachers in 230 elementary schools in Taichung City. This study reclaimed 240 questionnaires and there were 210 effective ones, the usable percentage was 87.5%. The data collection and analysis were based on “The questionnaire of the correlation between administrative support and teaching satisfaction of English teaching in Taichung elementary schools.” The questionnaires were analyzed and processed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major research findings were as follows: 1. English teachers hold intermediately perceptiveness on administrative support. 2. English teachers hold highly satisfaction in English teaching. 3. Regarding from the background variables, different post,pass English certification or not, different school location, have English communities or not, will be the factors that affected the perceptiveness on administrative support. 4. Regarding from the background variables, different age, pass English certification or not, different school size, have English remedial teaching or not, have English communities or not, would be the factors that affected the teachers’ satisfaction in English teaching. 5. The correlation between administrative support and the satisfaction in English teaching had positive correlation. 6.
