Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to explore the status and the related research of teachers' professional learning community and teaching efficiency in teachers of Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan and Penghu Public and private schools. The purpose of the study was to understand the background differences and its related situation of Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan and Penghu Public and private school teachers’ professional learning community and teaching efficiency. In this study, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed in Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan and Penghu area, and 432 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire was 86.4%. Based on the data of the actual recovery, descriptive statistics, t test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe’ method, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that high school teachers with different background variables had significant differences in professional learning community and teaching efficiency. There was a significant correlation between
professional learning community and teaching efficiency. The professional learning community had significant effect on teaching efficiency. Finally, according to the conclusion of this study, Researcher listed three aspects suggestions for high school vocational administrative units, high school teachers and future researchers. As a high school to promote teacher professional learning community, to improve the sense of teaching efficiency.
