The study method is using the quantitative research and the questionnaire survey, and the sample is the preschool educator in Taichung city. The research instrument is “the survey of the quality of life and happiness for the preschool educator in Taichung city having Parent-Teacher communication by using LINE. The available data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis and correlation coefficient. There were four main results in this study: 1.Line has been integrated into the life of the preschool educator, and it is essential communication software in daily life. Also, the study proved that LINE app is high utilization, acceptance and popularization. The motivation of using LINE is to communicate easily, and LINE is able to respond instantly with convenience. The study shows that LINE increase the willingness of communicates for preschool educator, but not using LINE communicates with parents for job needs. 2.There are significant differences in the quality of life between the different background variables, "age", "teaching age", "different time of using Line" and "different average daily use of Line and time of communicate with parents". 3.There are significant differences in happiness among the different background variables in the background, "age", "marital status", "time of use of different lines" and "different average daily use of line and parental communication time". 4.There was strong positive correlation between the overall quality of life and the overall happiness for preschool educator.
