And parents pay more attention to the quality of the babysitting center. The babysitters are first-line caregivers who provide dialy caring for infants. Their way and belief of taking care of infants influences the overall development of infants and young children. The aim of this study focus on the babysitting center nanny’s perceived the quality of early childhood education. The three nannies will be the object of study. The data collection and analysis were carried out by qualitative research and semi - structured depth interviews. The results of the study showed that quality babysitting centers should include some characteristics, “ Providing safe and warmth environment” , “ Listening and communicating with patience” “developing the babies’ regularity of life” “arranging a variety of learning activities” “having well interaction with babies” “communicating with parents” and so on.
