The researcher uses semi-structured depth interview method to collect respondents’ perspectives, including the view about connotations of work with autistic children’s parents, the practical predicaments and how to cope with it, and the introspection of the whole processes. Through the analysis of interview transcripts, the main results were as follows: 1. The view about connotations of work with autistic children’s parents include (1) the way that parents know the institutions and practitioners provide assistance; (2) building a good relationship with parents by discussion about the children; (3) introduced resources to help parents increase parenting knowledge and reduce parental stress; (4) providing problem analysis and advice; (5) taking care of parents and providing emotional supports. 2. The practical predicaments include (1) parents’ needs are diversification; (2) practitioners’ professional competence had being questioned; (3) lack of resources; and the coping strategies include (1) change the way of communication; (2) use the influence of other autistic children’s parents; (3) practitioners adjust their mood. 3. The introspection of the whole processes include (1) practitioners think that help parents steady factors include good financial ability, family support, parents’ actively learn mentality and autistic children’s parents support each other; (2) the interference factors of steady include double salary structure increase companion difficulties, other’s view increase parents’ pressure; (3) practitioners expand parent’s view and enhance determination to parenting their children; (4) practitioners hope to strengthen public awareness and acceptance of autism.
