Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 105 === This study explored the impacts of the Big-Five personality traits, emotional labor, and career resilience on Work engagement of seprcial education teachers in high schools. The participants were teachers from special school special education teacher. A total of 318 questionnaires were distributed, made a total of 299 valid questionnaires were returned and the use rate of 94%. Every questionnaire contains five parts,,demographic information, International Personality Inventory Pool Scale. the Career Resilience Scale. the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. The descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regressions were employed to analyze the data. The results are: 1.Age, the Big Five personality traits, and career resilience were significantly related to special education teachers’ emoational labor and work engagement. 2. Among the significant predictors (i.e., personality traits, age, career resislience, and emotional labor), career resilience, emotional labor and neuroticism had greater impacts on work engagement. 3. The impact of age on work engagement existed in its covariance wth personality or emotional labor. Suggestions were proposed accordingly.
