Specifically, this research is to answer three questions: (a) to understand the coping strategies of dilemma of system collaboration process; (b) to explore the coping strategies of the influence on system collaboration caused by counseling psychologist license; (c) the view they have for the system collaboration in the school. The study reveals that: (a) the role’s orientation of the participants is a high and vocational teacher and along with the role’s changed, make participants be aware of the difference between helping professional roles. Now that school counseling work is based on the concept of system collaboration and any person who relates to student could be cooperation partner. The specific collaboration model is a process from scratch and participants in the face of dilemma make use of power position timely and accumulate their experience until the timing for opportunities; (b) the results revealed the influences are divided into internal and external sections, in internal respect the influences contain role conflicts and the boundaries between individual and system are muddled; In external respect, the participants are given higher expectations for individual counseling services and additional workload; (c) at the section of the view of future variable system collaboration, the results revealed many systems constitute the whole school system are always linked and the school counseling work requires collaboration of the connected school system. According to the research findings, the suggestions for future researches, practitioners and education institutions are provided. To provide future high and vocational school guidance teachers with counseling psychologist license and professional counselors who will collaborate with the high school vocational school system in the future as a reference.
