The researcher interviewed eight elementary school teachers using the depth interview of qualitative research to collect data on the problems faced by teachers and the need for Employee Assistance Programs. The results of the content analysis are as follows: 1. The needs of elementary school teacher on Employee Assistance Programs: Elementary school teachers have the need for Employee Assistance Programs in the work assistance, family assistance, life assistance and health assistance. (1)Work needs for school administrative assistance, job rotation system, peer counseling, teacher professional organization assistance, social welfare resources, work advisory services, teacher professional evaluation system, human resources, in-service training and workshop, parent-teacher communication assistance, personal assistance to teachers, educational resource allocation, job adjustment, job specifications, parent counseling services, colleagues dispute assistance, class management assistance, working environment improvement and after-school student care services. (2) Family needs for working hours regulations, family care services and family counseling service to teachers. (3) Life needs for life counseling service to teachers, emergency assistance and financial planning. (4) Health needs for colleagues social activities, relief activities, mental health counseling service, teacher support groups, medical resources and social activities, 2. Employee Assistance Programs service oriented: To meet the relevant needs of elementary school teacher on Employee Assistance Programs, services should be provided as follows: (1) Improvement of school administrative measures. (2) The provision of internal resources. (3) The introduction of external resources.
