Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 105 === Industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine belongs to high category monovalent automated cleaning equipment, cleaning equipment not only can replace the employers to reduce labor costs, but learn to clean production process content, the actual shortening clean production process time, can improve productivity efficiency, and enhance the employer product quality, achieve high quality requirements. In this thesis, the heating function of ultrasonic cleaning machines and ultrasonic transducer function failure rate, cleaning effect, process time are investigated. Besides, the failure rate of the control element heating function, total power consumption power equipment, electromechanical integration control system are also discuss. Moreover, the customer complaints and other issues to conduct a comprehensive functional improvement, improve air quality and human health in the workplace, increase productivity and improve the life of the security and stability of industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine are also discuss. According to the sales data of T Company of year 2015, it can be found that the company sold a total of 67 sets of ultrasonic cleaning machine. These machines are equipped with float level switch to ensure the liquid level, it lengthen the mean time to failure. Compared to the previous year, it saves NT$3,043,300. Besides, the attendance and maintenance times are decrease 83 times compared to the previous year. Moreover, the fluid filter installed, resulting in reduced solvent consumption, save production costs, improve after-enable devices. The 1200W ultrasonic host is less replacement of 12sets of T Company during year 2015. The 1200W oscillation face is less replacement of 13 sets, compare with the previous year, it saves NT$440,000. Increase safety and thermal protection mechanism of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, also improve satisfaction of the customers, these are the main contributions of this thesis.
