Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 105 === Taiwan's current energy is almost dependent on imports, and fossil energy dependence. Faced with the increasing depletion of traditional energy sources, energy security, environmental protection and domestic energy demand continues to rise, how to ensure energy sustainability is the government's primary policy. The International Energy Agency points out that low-carbon energy technology is the priority policies and measures to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions in response to global warming, and countries are currently adopting renewable energy for greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction. Policy of Taiwan also published in 2009, "Renewable Energy Development Ordinance", an active and sustainable energy development. (FIT) and renewable energy ratio (RPS), the development of renewable energy efficiency of countries and the overall environmental factors, the choice of FIT system for the promotion of renewable energy, from the initial stage of renewable energy policy, Implementation stage of the results of the evaluation, Taiwan's implementation of the FIT system in line with good and in the design of the basic conditions, but there is room for improvement in terms of long-term development. It is suggested that the future development of renewable energy potentials should be assessed on a continuous basis, and the development goals of renewable energies at different stages should be incorporated into the policy of decreasing prices, reviewing the financial mechanism and pricing policies and introducing more sophisticated energy storage technology development.
