Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 105 === This thesis aims to design a real-time temperature and humidity feedback system with wireless transmission for restaurant logistics vehicles in food industry to yield communication between personnels in main office and vehicles. Based on microprocessor, the temperature and humidity at the freezer of vehicle are collected with sensors. When the temperature is over range, the GSM/GPRS module is controlled to send message to manager’s mobile phone by microprocessor, resulting in the solution of the real-time problem encountered and thus reduce the cost. Besides, the responsibility of unusual situations can be identified among suppliers, logistics and the restaurant, according to the recorded times of abnormal events. In addition, this system contains a real-time clock module. When the temperature goes beyond range, the temperature, humidity and real-time data will be saved in memory. The manager can search the record by using USB to connect the system to PC terminal.
Finally, the proposed system is set on a logistics vehicle for test. When the temperature in the freezer is unusual, the manager will receive a message and solve the problem immediately. It thereby verifies the feasibility as well as the merit of cost reduction of the presented system.
