A total of 300 questionnaires were sent to the Taipower Power Company employees by purposive sampling method and 235 usable questionnaires returned, with 78.3% valid return rate. Four types of analyses were used which are t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis. According to the findings, the results were summarized as follows: 1. Married employees with the internal locus of control personality had higher effect on corporate social responsibility. 2. The employees who’s age more than 51 with the internal locus of control personality had higher organizational commitment. 3.
