Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 財務金融技術學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among personal traits, corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent to the Taipower Power Company employees by purposive sampling method and 235 usable questionnaires returned, with 78.3% valid return rate. Four types of analyses were used which are t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis. According to the findings, the results were summarized as follows: 1. Married employees with the internal locus of control personality had higher effect on corporate social responsibility. 2. The employees who’s age more than 51 with the internal locus of control personality had higher organizational commitment. 3. There are influence between personal traits, corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment.
