This study used qestionnaire survey and it is found that with different background variables, there are no significant differences on the part of teachers’ cognition and attitudes toward pension reform. There are also no signigicant differences between the recognition of pension reform and vocational attitudes. But there appear significant differences between the cognition of pension reform and the attitudes of pension reform and also between the attitudes of pension reform and vocational attitudes.
Although the elementary teachers consider the pension reform violates the principles of "administration according to law", "law is not retroactive" and "trust protection", they still agree that the pension system needs to be reformed. But the teachers have no confidence in the pension reform.
