碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 車輛科技研究所 === 105 === 　　Department setting and course plan in a vocational high school is important for future manpower supply, industrial and economic development in a country. In present study, the department of automotive technique in vocational school is researched and discussed on current situation and industrial manpower demand. Meanwhile, this study used the literature data collection, statistical data analysis and interview for understanding the the supply and demand of students. The statistical data is based on the information of the ministry of labor and job bank. The results show that the graduation or employment is insufficient to meet the needs of the industry. The results of the interviews revealed that there was not enough technical staff in the relevant industry. In the future, the schools have to be replaced on the equipment to complement the current automotive technology development, improved manpower requirements with academia-industry collaborations.
