Seldom researches explored the effectiveness of enterprise by standing in the position of the staff. We discover that a positive organizational health climate can bring healthy toward employees and further improve employee performance. Moreover, when employees have affective ambivalence emotional status, there will be a positive impact and growth on their performance. Under the interaction of affective ambivalence, the emotion makes employees has the significant moderating effect toward performance. The results of this study are: (1).The organization health climate has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees. (2).When the positive and negative emotions generate at the same time, the employee performance has a positive correlative significance because of the emotional situation. (3) Ambivalence has a moderating effect on organizational health climate and employee performance.
