The main purpose of the study is the competence at work of technician with high speed precision lathe. The study first explores the literature. To collect and analyze the structure of technician with high speed precision lathe. And the use of experts review of Delphi technique and Likert five-point scale. To be the foundation of pretesting questionnaires, we edit and make Delphi technique questionnaires. In addition, we set team of content validity review. Later, we survey and ask experts for opinions anonymously by expert team of Delphi technique for three times. The data of investigation analyze by descriptive statistics. Use nonparametric Kolmogorov-Smirnov One Sample Test to test its identical. To realize the importance of Delphi technique by experts determine index of competency. Also, we have to ckeck the opinions are identical and test every team expert’s opinions are identical or not. According to the purpose of the study, we can get the study result as follows: 1. In first level, competence at work of technician with high speed precision lathe has four aspects are knowledge, skill, attitude and traits. In second level, there are 15 idex project like intelligence of lathe mechanism, intelligence of mapping and viewing, knowledge of metal material characteristics, skill of using measuring tools, skill of operate lathe equipment, skill of kinds of tool angel grinding angle, drill lathe, skill of tapping, work attitude, crisis management and industrial safety and health, skill of communication and coordination, skill of information application, problem-solving skill, self-emotional management, approve value of organization and build the occupation morality and 78 index of competency particulars and achieve the importance of index. 2. “Level of index importance” is 4 and 5 include particulars total have 78 items. “Level of most importance” is 5 particular have 73 items. 3. The first level of index and four aspects have type stort by skill and attitude. The most important connotation storts by
knowledge and traits. According to the above study of competence at work of technician with high speed precision lathe of connotation and recommendations. To provide index for the factory of lathe processing employs the employees and annual assessment. Also, it can as the reference for the latter researchers.
