First, analying the Technical competence connotation which is related to internet of things (IoT) technique and energy monitoring and control through the literature. Second, making the Questionnaire which named "the competence indicator of energy monitoring and control system based on internet of things (IoT) technique". Research tools which developed the Delphi survey questionnaire are completed after the literature is compiled. First, the author completed "the questionnaire of competence indicator of energy monitoring and control system based on internet of things (IoT) technique" after experts reviewed. Seconed, the author invited industry experts to establish the investigation team of Delphi. This study invited 11 experts and scholars. They are College experts and industry experts who were proceeding the Delphi survey questionnaire on three times. Finally, according the resulting data to analyze experts's stability and consistency of the opinions by mode, median and standard deviation. The results showed that energy monitoring and control system of internet of things (IoT) technique contains 34 professional practice competence indicator in equipment layer, perception layer, control layer, application layer and network layer. This research helps students in the energy monitoring and control system of internet of things (IoT) technique, can possess the competence required for professional practice in the field, to enhance their professional skills, compliance with needs of the workplace.
