The main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the internal work instruction and the effect of knowledge sharing system on job performance of electronic lead frame factory. The research sample is based on the department staffs of the electronic lead frame production in the case of S Company. We employ the cross-reference multi-baseline research studies, while the independent variable is the work instruction, the control variable is the knowledge sharing system, and depending variable is job performance. The research question in this study is to explore whether the "work instruction" can effectively improve the "job performance". And whether different electronic real-time sharing systems have different impacts. The finding of research shows that the training of staff education and training is the best training mode. The results of this research enable us to understand how the production line use the knowledge sharing system to achieve the work requirements and to have the better supervisory staffs training policy, so that the production operation can be more efficient to achieve the organizational goals.
