Besides, by analyzing the students’ various backgrounds, their motivation in schooling and willingness for going to colleges reveals certain correspondences. This study started with questionnaires which the researcher referred to some former related cases, applying the further revised and redesigned questionnaires to do the survey. The norm is the public skill-based continuing senior high school students (10-12 graders in continuing education) whose majors are industrial vocational program. And the attendees of the study are selected randomly by stratified sampling. Based on the conditions above, this study shows us the findings: 1. The students’ motivation in schooling is roughly ranged from intermediate to high; furthermore, they are mostly positive toward schooling. 2. The students aged above 19 show higher motivation in schooling than those who aged from 15 to 18; the students majoring in the field of Motorized Machinery show higher motivation in schooling than those who majoring in the fields of Electronics and Machinery. 3. The female students show higher willingness to going to college than the male students; the students of age above 19 show higher willingness to further study than the students of age under 18; the students with more than 3-year working experiences show higher willingness to going to college than the students who have working experiences less than three years. 4.
