This study aimed to investigate the relationship among students' perception of teachers' teaching effectiveness and the students' classroom incivility in a technical high school agricultural group.The study has adopted the methods of analyzing and collecting of records and related questionnaires.The population of this study was students in a public technical high school agricultural group in the Taiwan area who studied in the school year 2015. This study adopted stratified random sampling technique based on the location of the schools。A total of 1,000 questionnaires were sent. There were 787 usable students questionnaires returned, the effective rate was 78.7%.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics、t-test、one way ANOVA、Scheffe' method and multiple stepwise regression. Based on statistical analysis of attainable conclusions, and recommendations.
According to the results of literature review and statistic analysis、the conclusions of this study were as follows:
1. In general, the students in the agricultural group had excellent perception of teacher’s teaching effectiveness and lower frequency of classroom incivility.
2. Students, whose family is categorized as small, or authoritative type parenting style, or northern area, have higher perception on teachers' teaching effectiveness in agricultural group.
3. Students, who are boys, or who are senior year, or grandparents family patterns, or neglecting type parenting style, have higher frequency on classroom incivility in agricultural group.
4. The perception of agricultural science group students on teachers' teaching effectiveness has negative prediction on their classroom incivility.
