Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the emotional labor and the job satisfaction for the directors of student affairs in public junior high schools. Questionnaire survey was employed in this research. The subjects were directors of student affairs in public junior high schools. A total of 260 directors of student affairs were sampled as research subjects, and 212 copies of the questionnaires were usable. The vaid sample ratio was 81%. After questionnaires were collected, statistics methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correction, were used to analyze the research data. The results were described as follows: 1. The emotional labor of directors of student affairs in junior high schools was in high level, especially in “surface emotional control”. 2. In the aspects of the job satisfaction of directors of student affairs in junior high schools, the interpersonal relationship was mostly satisfied. 3. The job satisfaction of directors of student affairs in junior high schools was in high level. 4. There were significant differences on emotional labor in years of teaching. 5. There were significant differences on job satisfaction in years of teaching. 6. There was low correlation between emotional labor and job satisfaction.
