Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 105 === This study took well-being as the core concept, mainly to explore the employee assistance programs on the impact of well-being. At the same time, examined the relationships among the work-family conflict and the work stress in the employee assistance programs and the sense of well-being, and explored the impact of the work-family conflict on the work stress and well-being.
The survey of the study was conducted to the employees of the enterprises with employee assistance programs in manufacturing industry of 2000 Large-scale enterprises in Taiwan in 2016. By survey questionnaires, this study were practiced 326 questionnaires were distributed, 211 were returned, and 186 were valid. The study used descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple stepwise regression analysis to test the hypotheses. According to the results of the study, it showed that: (1) the employee assistance programs has a negative impact on the work-family conflict; (2) the employee assistance programs has a negative impact on the work stress; (3) the employee assistance programs has a positive impact on the well-being; (4) the work-family conflict has a positive impact influence to the work stress; (5) the work-family conflict influences the well-being negatively; (6) the work stress influences the well-being negatively; (7) the work-family conflict moderated the relationship between the employee assistance programs and the well-being.
Finally, according to the conclusions, the researcher provides suggestions to the manufacturing industry to implement the employee assistance programs practices and suggestions for future studies.
