Besides, the operators are directly connected with their contributions and effectiveness. The effectiveness of the work is very influential for the company. Many studies have lots of research about happiness but rarely focused on the operators which in the department of production. The first purpose of this study is to examine the intrinsic motivation which has mediating effect between workplace friendship and workplace well-being. The second purpose of this study is to examine the extrinsic motivation which has mediating effect between salary satisfaction and workplace well-being. This study includes 15 departments of production which are from different companies in the technology and electronics industry. Data were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL. As a result, the intrinsic motivation works as a full mediator between workplace friendship and workplace well-being. However, extrinsic doesn't mediate between salary satisfaction and workplace well-being. Based on the results, the implication and direction in management for further research will be discussed in the article.
