Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 105 === In order to contour a happy organization, this study is to explore factors that Ethical leadership has on employee’s well-being, and how LMX influence the relationship between ethical leadership and employee’s well-being.
This study adopted the ethical leadership in organization level as the independent variable and employee's well-being in organization level as dependent variable, LMX as moderator variable to examine its moderating effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and employees’ well-being.
In the past, most researches on ethical leadership are based on Western, in this research, Chinese enterprises are our targets, and we collected data by questionnaires, results from 435 valid questionnaires. Research questins and hypotjeses were tested on correlation analysis,hierarchical regressinn analysis,a confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation modeling.After hypotheses testing,we figured out:(1)The ethical leadership is significantly and positively related to employees’ well-being. (2) LMX on the ethical leadership and employee well-being between the regulatory effect is not. Based on the results, this study proposed some empirical and practical suggestions.
