There are two main problems in this study. First, the relationship between the Zheng family and the Yangmei community is analyzed. The main axis of the study is to understand the relationship between the Zheng family and the local community. The literature is the object of analysis. Second, to explore the Zheng family cultural assets and local interaction: research questions, including now Zheng family with what to participate in the interaction with the discussion, this study will focus on the existing family of Zheng cultural assets of the ancient house preservation related issues.
