There are two main problems in this study. First, the relationship between the Zheng family and the Yangmei community is analyzed. The main axis of the study is to understand the relationship between the Zheng family and the local community. The literature is the object of analysis. Second, to explore the Zheng family cultural assets and local interaction: research questions, including now Zheng family with what to participate in the interaction with the discussion, this study will focus on the existing family of Zheng cultural assets of the ancient house preservation related issues. In recent years, some members of the Zheng family have been dealing with the sale of the clan part of the land, such as a long history, deep Hakka cultural characteristics of the Yuming Di and double canteen, causing local gentry, Hakka cultural preservation and other concerns.
