| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 105 === The topic of the study is to explore the open innovation of Taiwan electric motorcycle industry. First, to start with description of the theory of innovation and open innovation concept. Then to describe in detail with the comparison between open innovation and closed innovation theory of Henry Chesbrough. Moreover, to use GOGORO Innovation Company, a new star in Taiwan motorcycle industry, as an example for a case study. The purpose of the study is not only to describe its product innovation (Smart Scooter) and service innovation (Internet of Vehicle), but also to describe the process of integration with its partners and cooperation with the Government. Finally, according to our Government regulations and subsidies for electric motorcycle, the study will also explore the future development of electric motorcycle industry and make recommendations.
