Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 機械工程學系 === 105 === An ideal FE model of equal channel angular extrusion is developed under the Deform-3D software and discuss effect of deform and effective strain uniformity are in this study. The factors in the design include temperature , friction factor , channel angle , outer corner angle and inner corner radius. The experiment adopts 41 groups of analogs with the Box-Behnken design. Use the Minitab software to do the regression analysis and develop the predicted equations. By doing so, it’s excepted using the FEM model and surface response methodology to find the optimum design of the average effective strain and effective strain uniformity. The simulation results of this paper and the experimental results are verified first. The results show that the finite element software has certain reliability, and average effective strain and strain uniformity prediction equation established with the results of finite element simulations to verify the results show the prediction model with considerable accuracy.
