| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 產業經濟研究所在職專班 === 105 === Elderly population in Taiwan continues to increase, the phenomenon of population aging has become a long-standing fact. The Ministry of the Interior try to hold "housing pension" plan since November 2012. As a result, the purpose of this study is to understand people's awareness of this project, as well as the influence and impact between each other. This study was conducted by questionnaires . Through the theory of plan behavior, the questionnaire was published on February 1 to February 25, 2017, and the number of valid questionnaires was 466. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There are some significant differences in gender, age, educational level, marital status, working year and individual average monthly income for each level of " housing pension ". 2. The higher the "behavioral beliefs and results evaluations" is, the higher the "attitude" that is predicted. 3. The higher the "normative beliefs and compliance motives" is, the higher the "subjective norms" it predicts. 4. The higher the "attitude" and "behavioral control perception" are, the higher the "behavioral intention" it predicts. In this study, we propose a proposal to evaluate the different background variables of the sponsor and propose a suitable case for the promotion of mortgage cases.
