Therefore, how to pursue the balance of supply chain inventory management has become an important target that enterprise pursue continually.
This is about company with Six Sigma execution and the major product application is filtration material. High inventory level is the critical issue due to unstable customer demand. In order to reduce the Non-working effectively, Six Sigma project is kick-off and using the tool of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to solve the problem. In the project using statistical methods to identify possible important factors to improve the key factors to reduce the problem inventory and monitor continually to achieve the project objectives.
The project not only strengthens the team cooperation but also helps team members from cross departments understand the process in each department. The most important is financial index improvement to increase the profit of the company and achieve the goal of enterprise sustainable management.
