Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理學系在職專班 === 105 === In order to meet the goals of customer first and customer needs in the global competitive market, inventory is considered necessary assets, but too high inventory means that the cost increase and the loss of competitiveness. Therefore, how to pursue the balance of supply chain inventory management has become an important target that enterprise pursue continually. This is about company with Six Sigma execution and the major product application is filtration material. High inventory level is the critical issue due to unstable customer demand. In order to reduce the Non-working effectively, Six Sigma project is kick-off and using the tool of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to solve the problem. In the project using statistical methods to identify possible important factors to improve the key factors to reduce the problem inventory and monitor continually to achieve the project objectives. The project not only strengthens the team cooperation but also helps team members from cross departments understand the process in each department. The most important is financial index improvement to increase the profit of the company and achieve the goal of enterprise sustainable management.
