Every government also legalizes incentives for female-preferred working environment after 2000. At the same time, the female starts to shine with entrepreneur leadership, and gradually initiates individual business to become a new market trend. With that being said, it has raised an attention for scholars to study regarding female’s working environment and entrepreneurship. To better understand how female starts own business, we not only research from their entrepreneurship motives to observe how they engage, but also examine from their entrepreneurship management aspect to evaluate how they perform. Moreover, it will greatly affect the result of their own business by the interaction between entrepreneurship mindset and entrepreneurship management. This research is dedicated to evaluate how entrepreneurship succeeded by three female businesswomen’s cases, and to observe how well entrepreneurship and management interact with each other. The followings are what we found: First, three female businesswomen were all aware of market opportunities from female entrepreneurship aspect. They were knowledgeable enough to engage new business and willing to take risks under uncertain circumstance. Second, we discuss two different scenarios from entrepreneurship management. Two of them were running smaller service corporation, and both efficiently utilized their resource carefully to succeed. On the other hand, although third businesswoman worked at larger manufacturing industry, yet still managed to solve tricky issues with her insightful judgement. Lastly, the biggest advantage for female to run and engage new business is to consider profoundly besides tasks due to gender and traditional culture. From aspect of interaction between female entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship management, female businesswomen were more likely to observe details for improving company’s welfare or determine critical decision from a greater point of views.
