The study is to discuss how employee satisfaction affects to work performance, and how personality traits possibly moderate work performance at the same time. The objects of study are the A company in Hsinchu Science Park; data collection held from January 3rd, 2016 to January 15th, 2016, and the effective samples are 351 shares. The results are as follows: 1.There are significant differences between working experiences, personality traits in overall satisfaction and overall work performance. 2.There are significant differences between education, working grade, department attribute in overall work performance. 3.Overall work satisfactions are different through the effects of employee satisfaction and personality traits. No matter the S type or non-S type of personality trait is, the higher the overall satisfaction, the higher the overall work performance. 4.Overall satisfaction and each level of satisfaction are significant positively correlated with overall work performance respectively. The study is to discuss how employee satisfaction affects to work performance, and how personality traits possibly moderate work performance at the same time.
The objects of study are the A company in Hsinchu Science Park; data collection held from January 3rd, 2016 to January 15th, 2016, and the effective samples are 351 shares. The results are as follows:
1.There are significant differences between working experiences, personality traits in overall satisfaction and overall work performance.
2.There are significant differences between education, working grade, department attribute in overall work performance.
3.Overall work satisfactions are different through the effects of employee satisfaction and personality traits. No matter the S type or non-S type of personality trait is, the higher the overall satisfaction, the higher the overall work performance.
4.Overall satisfaction and each level of satisfaction are significant positively correlated with overall work performance respectively.
