Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 105 === We usually use company’s performance to study the effect of human capital, but company’s performance is affected by many reasons. Company’s performance is not the effective way to analysis the effect of human capital, so we use a model for technical inefficiency effects in a Stochastic Frontier Production Function for panel data which is developed by Battese and Coelli in 1995 to study the relationship between human capital and productive efficiency. We used the secondary data from Taiwan Economic Journal, and collected companies in Taiwan during 2009 to 2015. The findings of our research are as follows:(1)The average of employees’ tenure is positive relative to productive efficiency.(2)The ratio of employees’ bachelor degree in whole industry and traditional industry is positive relative to productive efficiency.(3)The average of employees’ age is negative relative to productive efficiency.
