The research investigates 827 high-tech companies after deleting observations with missing records, the dataset consists of 3732 observations from 2012 to 2016, coming from job helper database and Taiwan Economic Journal (TEJ) database. The dataset analyzed by binary logistic regression and Poisson regression method. The empirical results show that stock bonus has a significant negative effect on labor violations and cash bonus has not a significant effect on labor violations. Based on the finding of this essay, companies who adopt stock bonus as a profit sharing practice are also concern about their employee’s working environments. 劉念琪 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW |
