In my study we have use THz TDS to analysis three methods to grown perovskite: Two steps sequentially ,Fast deposition crystallization , Solvent Engineering.
And we compare our THz data to SEM images ,Raman Spectrum. We use two theoretical model : Drude-Smith Model to describe SEM image from Meso to Flat by adding TiO2 ; Drude-Lorentz model characterized Raman Spectrum in 20 to 300 〖
