Taking the eighth grade students of a national junior high school in Xinbei City as the research object, including 30 in treatment groups and 29 subjects in the control group, the Quasi - experimental method is the research method. With Gamification Volleyball and Movement ABC-2 as the research tools for the action ability test for 11-16 year-olds, the Gamification Volleyball course lasted twice a week for five weeks, forty-five minutes each time. Posttest will be held for both two groups and the results were analyzed by fractional conversion. The results were analyzed by the covariant c - test and the single - factor covariance analysis. The statistics were significantly α = .05. The results are as follows: After five weeks of Gamification Volleyball course, after test scores were higher than before, and the test scores of treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group (p < .05) on the overall action ability, manual dexterity, ball skills, static, and dynamic balance ability. The study further explained that the implementation of the five-week Gamification Volleyball course significantly improves the overall action ability, manual dexterity, ball skills and dynamic balance ability of eighth grade students.
