The study applied action research method to examine the students’ cognition and perception of training, meanwhile to explore the reflection of instructor. The participants were 12 students of elementary school girls’ dodge ball team from Taoyuan city. Researcher was the instructor and observer in this research concurrently. Data collection was via action self-video filming of students、 learning diary、 interview、 instructor training diary and observation record of observer. The data was examining by triangulation method to assure the consistency. The results indicated: 1. The design of training program could positively elevate the efficiency of motor skill learning. 2. To revise the motions by dodge ball motion observation system could positively influence the motor skill learning. 3.
