The study is based on interviews with study cases, parents, mentors, coaches, and teammates, supplemented with years of recorded observation, which has been sorted, summarized and analyzed. This study describes the challenges of elementary school swimmers with ADHD from the school environment, coaches, teammates, mentors, and parents, focusing in particular on the challenges and response strategies of teachers, coaches and parents. It describes current national resources and provisions and how these can be integrated for the benefit of children with ADHD. The study found that exercise intervention in this case of ADHD not only to improved subject’s symptoms of hyperactivity problems, but also improved physical fitness, thereby enhancing the effective attention to strengthen awareness and functional performance.
