Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on work of 2000m Rowing Ergometer through the combination of short term strength endurance and interval training.Subjects: 8 first division athletes (height:168.75±5.50 cm;weight:63.38±2.93 kg;age:21.38±1.30 years) Method:Our protocol is composed of three days training with 2x3x200m interval rowing and circular strength endurance training on the 1st and the 3rd day. All data were processed with paired sample t testResult: Three days combination training could improve the finish time , work output of 2000m rowing and aerobic ability. However , the physiological loading satay the same. Three days combination training improve blood flow rate which increase oxygen in muscle. This mechanism help metabolism of carbohydrates which decrease the accumulation of lactic acid.
