Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short-term treadmill and strength training on high-speed stability and aerobic-anaerobic threshold endurance of visually impaired male judo players. METHODS: A 2-week high-speed treadmill and strength training for a visually impaired male judo athlete and 2 x 100 m segment speed and threshold endurance tests were performed before and after training. The results showed that after two weeks of training, the visually impaired athletes in this study showed progress at 100 m segment speed, the stability of the highest speed increase. In the aerobic-anaerobic threshold endurance, the aerobic threshold velocity increases and the anaerobic threshold heart rate decreases. Conclusion: The combination of short-term treadmill training and strength training can enhance the ability of the visually impaired athlete's body to resist fatigue during training and competition.
