With the change of time and the popularity of Internet, improper Internet use makes students have more negative emotion and lack ability to solve problems and face the adversity. The study expected to improve students’ Internet addiction and adversity quotient through experiential education. The study adopted questionnaire surveys to get the empirical data from the first graders in private senior high school in New Taipei City, and analyzed the data by descriptive statistics, analysis of covariance, correlation analysis and Paired Sample T test. The statistics results are as follows: (1)Internet addiction and adversity quotient showed significant difference and were negatively correlated. (2)There was no significant improvement in adversity quotient after the experiential education camp. (3)There was no significant difference in adversity quotient among different group subjects after the experiential education camp.
