Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 105 === In the recent years, the entire global construction industry has been in constants development but on the contrary the progress of construction mode is gradually slowing down. Given this emerging issue , this thesis aims at understanding the development of current industry, and thus analyzing the impact of pre -manufacturing technique on industrial evolution by means of theoretical concepts and its related literatures. This thesis is focusing on a real case in “Company A”, which , which has consumed nearly 200 million to set up a pre -fabricated factory . Nowadays the manufacturing and construction costs are inevitably rising. In order to order to survive in this harsh environment , one must have enough construction projects in large scale thus taking advantage of high -cost but high value added prefabricated technology and then to benefit from it. The principles behind this technology include the use of past experience in Taiwan with the most efficient, environmental-friendly and the most energy-saving new methods for building systems. This study investigated "Company A”'s pre-manufacturing core technology. From technical point of view, we started the analysis with the planning and design of each project, requirements in processed products, on-site construction efficiency, the intangible and tangible costs, and ended with security of labor and other subtle topics. Eventually the use of pipeline pre-fabrication in the construction industry as a new engineering art was presented. This study demonstrated that the pipeline pre-fabrication method was first using3D graphic software for precise layout of every construction project, then being followed by manufacturing required materials and components designed from the software. Afterwards, those components are assembled by general construction site staff assemble it in the field. By implementing this methodology, higher efficiency in projects can be achieved. On the other hand, the study also showed that in economical perspective, this type of engineering method can be executed in either large or special-designed construction sites to solve the problems regarding labor shortage, population ageing and so on, whereas reduce cost for ensuring labor safety, which could bring a great deal of benefit to the companies. Pipeline pre-fabrication is a kind of construction "art", and at the same time also a kind of "need" of current diversified markets. It offers, for example, reduction of the dependence on labor, occurrence of accidents, and so on. With these advantages one is able to be more competitive than potential competitors, thus even creating a new “blue ocean map” that gives owners, consumers and construction workers the optimized strength, and thus helps to achieve a win-win business relationship.
