Abstract
This research interviewed 10 middle class family children to make a thorough inquiry of their Southeast Asian impression.The main findings are summarized as follows.
1. Hiring period and timing affects their emotional joint with thier migrant nannies.
2. Parents ' attitudes toward migrant nannies will directly affect their relationship with
migrant nannies.
3. Negative stereotypes of Southeast Asian migrants will dissolve through their own observation and experience from social contacts.
4. Cultural contacts with migrant nannies make children develop equal and multi cultural Perspective.
5. Middle class family children’s social distance for Southeast Asian people related by the scale of themselves.
Through this study will have a better understanding for middle-class children’s Southeast Asian impression
