Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 電機工程學系 === 105 === The use of bioimpedance is a method, which does not penetrate the body, to obtain the impedance of superficial tissues. Biological tissue is composed of many cells, whose characteristics can be represented as an equivalent circuit of resistance and capacitance. There are several noninvasive methods to detect the impedance characteristics of superficial tissues, like impedance spectrum analysis, Raman spectra analysis, molecular fluorescence spectroscopy and elastic scattering spectrum analysis. All of these methods are complex and time-consuming except the impedance spectrum analysis. The system proposed in this study belongs to impedance spectrum analysis. It is harmless to humans, simple to operate and low cost. Although this system is real-time surveillance, it can only operate at a determined frequency. Biological tissues have capacitive property, the measured result will be different at different frequency. This research is aimed at the frequency of 4.472k Hz, according to our animal experiments, electrical measurment has significant changes at the frequency of 4.472k Hz. By implementing this system, we can easily detect impedance changes of the skin surface to inform the user of taking a further medical examination.
