Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 微電子工程研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this thesis is to fabricate a particular 1590/1950 nm Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) with high channel isolation, low insertion loss, low excess loss. So that the structure can support large light energy such as Q-switch laser and high power CW laser. we let light energy transfer in fused biconical-taper single-mode fiber couplers to divide different light wavelength frequency. Advantages of fused biconical-taper structure is low energy consumption, Low cost and High damage threshold, it is able to achieve our purpose. We used a torch hydroxide and pulling stage to make single-mode fiber elongated tapered. We have improved the two issues that can only detect a single wavelength and short wavelength detection bandwidth. we make dual-wavelength system to improve the issues ;Using MATLAB control two Photo-detector and laser source. Use the dual-wavelength system we can get two wavelengths instant energy changes. We use this dual-wavelength system to discuss changes in the pulling speed and knots volume changes and make particular 1590/1950 nm Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) components.
