The products with IoT technologies can connect and communicate information to others through sensors, and also generate added value. Due to the aging population in Taiwan is deteriorating, multiple industries would like to use the IoT to improve the original application, and the ultimate goal for developers is to lead all people into the ideal life. This study takes an example of smart LOHAS product. The IoT technology had been applied on diversified multi-device products. Therefore, developers concentrated on the users’ needs. The first part of this study collects literatures about the innovative design of the IoT service and the relevant info of smart LOHAS products. Following the Actors and System Map methodology added in the concept of pseudo actor. Furthermore, the method generated a new valuable proposition for service innovation with IoT. At last, the study is included quantified result of assessment through the AHP expert questionnaire. A solid recommendation of the service innovation for smart LOHAS products is established in this study, developers are able to follow the method to know what kinds of services are more important. This study will help them to think about how to increase the value of services through the IOT, and then give designers a new innovative method on development of services.
