The emphasis is on the development progress of the commercial district to identify the main driving force, and then investigate the influence of this driving force on urban fabrics and urban landscapes. It can be seen that commercial activities can affect the urban fabric by comprehensive analysis. If the activity will make a great change in urban fabrics, it means the activity is not good for commercial district. It is not good for commercial district from diversity point of view if there are homogeneous activities. To manage the commercial district with the same strategy will lead to monotonous. Therefore, use different driving forces will create different commercial forms.
